LDAP Config File for 9.1

Hello All -
Has anyone in this forum implemented LDAP for 9.1? In 9.1 the LDAP connection is only SSL based(port 636). I am currently installing the server, and the instructions in the operations guide and other help files are confusing and conflicting. Would appreciate it if anyone out there can email me an example config file that has the parameters to coonect to LDAP via SSL and details on the other setup that needs to be done.
