Tm1 pax DBRW() function

Hello Everyone,

I have used DBRW() in Active reports in Tm1 perspectives that gives "" when data not available for particular cell.

But same DBRW() in tm1 pax 2.0.5 version gives #Value!

Report looks bad when data not available.

Any suggestion on this. Thanks.

PAX is more strict than Perspectives in terms of error value vs. blank for not existing cell intersections.
You can use conditional formatting to make the font the same colour as the cell background.

I tried conditional formatting in excel, but in some reports problem is active reports formatting is already applied.

Say for example, White text for green background, black text white background, its dynamic based on the columns and rows changes in cube. In such a case, how to format the #VALUE! as always white. Is it possible with the conditional formatting to set "" empty string for #VAlUE, so that my problem will be solved. I hope its not possible.

Kindly get back.

+1 to tomok. Never had a desire to do this, but could you not use the infamous ";;;" and apply that to the conditional formatting as well? That would effectively make everything blank in the cell, although it would technically still be there.
