PAW - use a file as datasource of a process

Post by Wim Gielis »

Hi all,

I am playing around with processes in PAW. I try to drag and drop or browse to a text file to use it as my data source. However, nothing happens:

My file that I drag and drop:

I read that this functionality is not yet added to PA local but in the cloud it should work. My test is a cloud environment from IBM Cloud Concierge with PA 2.0.33.

When I drag and drop a file onto a cube, without using a process, I get an error message:

Thanks a lot,

Wim

Not going to be too much help but think you already know that an HTTP code of 500 relates to permissions. Guessing you cannot create the upload file on the Cloud instance. Not sure if this is by design with the sample/test environment through Concierge.

p.s. were you able to create users using the file import method?
