AD AP keeps disconnected in IBM cognos

I have TM1 Cam Security and configured Active Directory AP.
Active directory is always up and running but frequently disconnecting in IBM cognos.
So TM1 server explorer is not connecting
Any idea on this, and how to make it keep running all the time.
