Security error

I have given the read access for the group in the clientgroups , and also I did make sure that he has the read access in the clientsgroup Cube. though he is still getting the error"InavlidMDXExpression:SELECT : User does not have read access(rte34)" while trying to access the cube view in the Cognos CAFE.
