data table whatif analysis

Dear all
i know, that tm1 looks like an excel, but can the tm1 use whatif analysis datatable like excel?,
if it can, can anyone help me and guide me ??

and how about the interest rate formula?
in excel we use =rate(nper,pmt,pv) but when i try this formula in tm1, it cant.
