Hi All,
Anyone else get this error when trying to run Processes from CAFE?
My ID has access to that file & i'm able to edit it...

Use Windows OS administrator account to modify options for Cognos for MS Office, as all modifications would be kept in the aforementioned file commManagerSettings.xml. This file is protected by Windows OS thus not all accounts could have the write privilege to it.

I had local admin rights on my machine.
I've since had my "dodgy" local install replaced by an IT built package & have resolved this issue.
