TM1 10.1.1 - Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A03EC

Post by rksharmatm1 »

Hi All,

we are getting an error as shown in screenshot (attached in this post) , while doing export to snapshot from TM1web for one particular sheet. For other sheets, this feature is working fine and we are getting data exported to excel. I read multiple posts on the forum, and tried some options like below mentioned in those posts already, but no LUCK yet:

1) restarting the TM1 Excel Service
2) restarting the IIS server
3) thinking that excel file was corrupt, I also renamed the file and saved, and then tried again.
4) Also checked, the "Visible" parameter in VB for this workbook, all the hidden sheet have this parameter set to "xlSheethidden"(which is supported by TM1Web)
5) also checked for excel version on both server and local machine, the excel versions are same. i.e 2010.

And I am kind of struck at this point. Does anyone know about this issue, and how to resolve this? any workaround for the same. Thanks for any comments.

Best Regards,
Ravikant

Thanks Duncan for the suggestion. i tried that too, but it didn't worked because the .xlsx sheet somehow got corrupted and thats why none of the above solutions worked in this case. Copied a working version of this .xlsx file from a backup, and now snapshot to excel from TM1Web works fine.
