My client is running Cognos BI 8.4.1 with TM1 9.4.1.

When we run TM1Web on the cognos box it runs as fast as it does on the TM1 server, Same goes for Perspectives. Our reports are taking some time to run. It seems to be related to the Dimensions as in Analysis Studio, expanding dimensions, levels etc takes the most time. The actual retrieving of data is rather quick.

So, are there any cool tips and tricks anyone has that could speed this situation up?

Aditional Info:
The box is 32bit and has 4gb ram available, theres only ever 1-2gb in use.

Are your dimension in TM1 large - i.e. are there a lot of elements? I have found that BI comes to a screaming halt when I am trying to explore a TM1 cube that has big dimensions.

Hi Kyro,

Try to install Fix Pack 1 and 2 to 8.4.1, it helped with our performance issues.
