'Data' tab not visible
While I'm bugging y'all with questions, I might as well go for broke. A thing that has been causing much grief for months involves data elments in TurboIntegrator. It goes like this: 1. Choose "Element" against each column of imported data that maps to a dimension, and "Data" aga...

Calculated value doesn't display
Sorry to keep asking questions! As soon as I get the hang of these TM1 quirks I will try and help others by answering some. There are two parts to this query and I am really appreciative of the selfless help which the gurus on this forum give. Imagine two cubes: 1. 'ProjectStatus' which has 5 dimens...

Re: Rules for Cumulative running Totals
David,
I really appreciate your reply, but am mystified as to what kind of chart we are talking about? Do you mean a chart in TM1 WEb, or and Excel chart?
Regards
Ian

Rules for Cumulative running Totals
Hi All, Does anyone have an examples of a rule/s which will calculate a cumulative running total based on individual periodic data points? e.g. Actual hours (raw data): Mon: 5; Tue: 5; Wed: 0; Thu: 6 Cumulative (TM1 rule): Mon: 5; Tue: 10; Wed: 10; Thu: 16 It seems like something which lots of peopl...

9.4.1 MR1 FP2 installer version looping bug
We installed the 32-bit version of 9.4.1 MR1 FP2 over 9.4.1 MR1 successfully, on a Windows 2003 server, without installing TM1 Web. We later decided to install TM1 Web, so ran "Change" in Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs>IBM Cognos TM1 Here's the bug: 1. When launching "Change&quo...

Re: TI parameter from Drill Rule
Steve, Just to express my appreciation for this valuable help. In the end I couldn't create a new parameter within a drill process but another post on here describes how to 'hijack' a default parameter. The measures dimension doesn't need to be parameterised but it is , so you can use that one. I us...

TI parameter from Drill Rule
I am wondering if it is possible to pass a parameter to a TI process, from within a Drill rule assigment. Depending on which dimension hierarchical levels are showing when a user right-clicks and selects "Drill", the resulting drill-down list should be filtered accordingly. The Drill Proce...
