I want to know Codes of symbols in string.
Can you say function which can do it.
For example if I write

I receive str1='A'
What should I write to recieve

Change Preferences by default in the TM1 apllication portal
Is it possible to change preferences by default in the apllication portal for all users? I mean I change it somewhere at server (I hope somebody says there) and other people see it by default - if they want they can change it later. Usually users can do it how it is described here http://www.ibm.com...

When I try to open rights window (to the right of the name of the application) I receive a window with inscription (some sort of - there is exception on the server. You must adress to your system ad...

Re: Conditional feeder - how to force reevaluation
in other times it has another name but it didn't work anyway (in tasks with conditional feeders I mean, like in example in topic - may be it works in other cases - I don't know) The documentation also states "When this parameter is set, a feeder statement is forced to be re-evaluated when data...

Re: Conditional feeder - how to force reevaluation
I don't think so. This parameter doesn't work.TrevorGoss wrote:
Do you use the parameter ForceReevaluationOfFeedersForFedCellsOnDataChange? This would have an impact on your issue, it relates to conditional feeders because it use to be called "ReevaluateConditionalFeeders".

Stargate views and }StatsByCube
I don't see in }StatsbyCube - elements Memory Used for Views and Number of Stored View s any information - it shows 0. I opened views (at first they opened long but the second time much faster), used ViewConstruct (with the same results), I put VMT and VMM in }CubePropertie s - in logs I saw New Sta...

I use 10.1.1 and change style of showing annotations in TM1Web using file TM1CubeViewer.css Default Code for annotations in TM1CubeViewer.css (I put another colour for cells with annotations) .cell_annotation { background-image:url(../images/cell_comment.gif); background-repeat: no-repeat; backgroun...

Mark cells for Plan and Actual in TM1 Web and Architect
I want to show cells for Plan and Actual for users visually in Tm1 Web (Contributor, Application) and Architect. 01.jpg I uploaded the image which can illustrate ideas 1. Visually by colours Blue is Plan, Green is Actual Is it possible to do something like that? I think it is problematic - the one t...

Re: Dimension in memory
tomok, I can't agree with you completely. i.e. the dimension which contains hundreds of thousands elements (in my case) takes 70 Mb in Memory. The Cube (with some rules and feeders) which contains the dimension takes 140 Mb in Memory So they are at least comparable. And of course in main cases memor...

Thank you for answer.
It looks like
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21457087
error
Yes I tried cmd as admin and name of server is correct
I don't want to reinstall TM1 server of course. So apparently I will live without Performance Monitor

Re: Dimension in memory
Thank you.
I use it very rarely so I completely forgot about how to do it.
I made a big dimension - with more than 100 000 elements and decided to check it size.

Re: MDX and value in it from Cube
So one way to tackle the problem (which I found) is create a new subset which contain one element and which is equal the value from Cube with parameter. After it use new subset in expression In my case I created subset Close_day which contained value from Cube Cube_name and used it . {lastperiods(-9...
