Planning Analytics for Excel 2.0.1 - Excel sheet protection breaks SUBNM
Protecting a sheet in Excel and then unprotecting a cell in the sheet that has a (vanilla) SUBNM formula appears to break the SUBNM formula - I can pick a new element from the set editor, but the cell drop down doesn't appear and the SUBNM cell is not updated with the new element when it's selected ...

Re: Error accessing set editor from PAx
Well, I've fixed it, but not cured it. I had the http port set to 8080 on the PAW start.bat rather than 80 as there was something else on 80. I've got rid of the something else and rebuilt PAW using port 80 and it now works. Thanks for the help though, Steve.

I did (I'm pretty sure). I get the PAW-like logon screen, which works and lets me in.

Re: Error accessing set editor from PAx
It doesn't look like that's it - IE11 is installed, and I've even made it default now. I still get the same result.
Thanks
Thanks

Error accessing set editor from PAx
Anyone else come across this? Everything else seems to be working OK. This is accessing GO_New_Stores, so should be fairly standard.

Re: TM1 cube cannot accept 0 (zero)
The short answer is yes, TM1 can "move" a 0 from one cube to another without using a zero out function. We really need more detail of what you're doing and how you're doing it to provide any assistance. It would be useful if you could read the forum guidelines and put your question with th...

Re: TM1 cube cannot accept 0 (zero)
It's difficult to be sure without more specifics, but it's possible that in your scenario 3 the view used has zero suppression turned on, in which case the behavior is as expected. Normally the best option is to zero out the receiving cube, or relevant portion thereof, and then do the move/copy, but...

Re: Calculate Time taken for a TM1 server between start and be ready
Powershell is your friend here: start the TM1 service using a powershell script which writes a time-stamp to a file, then performs a start-service on your tm1server. Once the server is up read the file with the time-stamp into TM1 as part of the startup chore as outlined by Tom and you have your ans...

Give Cubewise a call - they're normally quite receptive to people wanting to spend money with them.

Did you install RegReplace? This is required for the convert bit to work.

This will be in your user directory settings, so for me this is c:\users\psegal\appdata\roaming\sublime text 3\packages\user. Obviously you need to change as appropriate for your username etc.

Re: TM1 Licensing Questions
The User licenses enable users to view and manipulate the data etc, and the Server licences are to enable the servers to run, so I'm afraid the answer is yes, you do need both. It would be nice if you didn't...
