I have Excel 2010 installed on citrix machine and TM1 Prespectives was working fine.
Recently MS 0ffice 2016 was installed on citrix machine and while opening the Prespectives it is opening default to 2016 and prompting the error as attached.
Any help?

I uploaded the tm1 prespectives sheet to tm1web applications but when i tried to open it prompted the error as attached.

Steps for trouble shoot.
I restarted the tm1web server but no response.
I re uploaded the prespectives file but still same error.

After installing the fix pack 6 you will face difficulty to access tm1 architect.
Please read the fix pack release notes and make correction in cognos configuration and .cfg files respectively.

When ever we restarts the TM1 service the $$$.RUX file getting generated in DATA folder?
This has been observed occationally.

May i request the following?

1. What is this file?
2. Why this file has been created during TM1 Services restart?
3. How to stop this file to get created?

I left the rule editor after saving about 10 hours. It worked.
Possible reason.
1. Huge data
2. Complex rule calculations
3. Feeder calculations.

If we want to do multiple times testing it will be not feasible.

Not much helpful.

My observation:

Rules i am able to save in rule editor but when i restore the feeders it hangs during saving.

Can we do some thing with feeders which can apply offline?

Yes thats true.

Feeders are placed in rule file and it is taking time.

I almost waited 3 hours but the restoration of file is not taking place.

Is there any way to disable the feeder and again enable them in backend?
