Re: TI processing locking file
We checked it in Computer Management there is no user having the csv file open. But when we try to restart the TM1 Application Server, the file is now available to be overwritten.

TI processing locking file
Is there anyway to determine if a TI process is keeping the file open. Cause we had an instance where the user is trying to override the source file but we're getting an error that the file is opened by another program. There was no running TI process so we were unable to kill the process. When we s...

Approval hierarchy in the source view should not be unmapped
I was trying to publish this Cognos Insight file to TM1 portal but I'm getting this error and I can't figure out why. I check the views there and made sure the views are using the approval hierarchy.

List Measure Dimensio using Dimensions or Subset as Picklist
I was able to find a IBM article on how to create a csv file with a list of the dimensions and what cubes are using the dimensions. I was wondering if anybody has tried to do this but determining the which dimension are being used as a picklist. Just for maintenance purposes, I was just wondering if...

Re: Error in SQL Query
I'm not passing any parameter nor local variables. Yes the preview box contains data and I was able to set additional variable in the variables tab and write the query in the Advance Tab. I even tried to use the same query to create a new dimension and use 1 variable in the query as my element and I...

I'm able to preview the Query but when it comes to uploading the data to the TM1 Cube I get that error. Its something new for me to ...

Re: TM1 Certification Certificate
Prometrics will provide the actual score output then I think Prometrics registers your email you provide. You have to log in to IBM website to request for them to send you the PDF copy of the Certificate or you can request the Actual certificate with corresponding fees for it to be sent to you. I'm n...

Does anybody know a any good tips to use TM1 attributes in Cognos BI Reports? Cause I'm doing a chart with that filters the data using TM1 attributes? Re: Creating Textfile for all Cubes
Hi Alan....
Sorry...its just this is something I have never tried out of doing and I was wondering if there is another function that would be easier than looping through a hundred 100 dimensions. Thanks for you utmost patience with me.

Creating Textfile for all Cubes
Is there anyway to create a TI that would output specify the number of dimensions in a cube? Im just thinking if its possible to create a TI process that loops through all the cubes and output a text file for each cube.
Would it even be possible to create a single TI to do this for all cube?
