I did get the server up by doing the following: 1) Copied entire data directory 2) Modified config file (port number and logging directory) 3) Started server as application (Load failed) 4) Removed all RUX file 5) Started server as application (Load failed) 6) Removed all Cont...

Re: consolidation multiplication

Rules are an option; however, the memory consumption would be more that just a consolidation. You can edit the element properties within a consolidation and apply a weight. This will work like multiplication.

Good question, and you are right I did not mention it, but I am preforming the security refresh.

Re: Rule Derived Element Security

Sorry for not being specific.

Rules are working, but security is not being restricted to coincide with the rule.

Still not working..... I wonder is the Continue statement is messing things up? Since the control cubes feeders are different, maybe this is impacting it..... :| I will try nesting if statements instead of using the continue functionality and keep you all posted.

Re: Rule Derived Element Security

:?: That being said why would you need a feeder on this? - Jeroen Originally I did not think I needed one, but it was not working so I thought I missed something. keep skipcheck in - Jeron I never use SKIPCHECK with control cubes - mattgoff I will keep it like I originally thought. Re: TM1 Top Questions

It could be a bandwith issue, but if you know that is not a problem then I thinkObjectSecurityRightGet can cause performance issues. I believe this happens when you have a lot of security determined by rules or just cell based security. The server has to reconcile security and then grants the access...

I recall doing something that accomplished what you want, but with a different approach 1) User enters info in cube under scenario "Pending Approval" 2) Manager reviews 3) Manager approves by running a TI that loads only that departments information into a "Approved" scenario * A...

I have done some linear regression models and I recently began working on developing a monte carlo model. Do you have any specific questions.
