IBM was able to recreate the issue in latest version. Defect PH20190 has been logged.

I will review latest post. The current AF report though does have 11 different sections (views).

When I unhide the rows and columns, I am seeing a 0 AF format code in Column A for the CTO line in perspectives yet the web is showing an 'N' for the same line.

Only active form reports having the issue.

Must of inserted the lines incorrectly as that did not work.

I would say no as we consolidate at the SKU level which is our lowest element.
We should have no .00001 type values.

As a TM1 only shop, we are finding our upgrade to 10.2.2 using CAM very painful and inefficient compared to our 9.5 instance.

We currently have similar issue open with Support and going on three months now. Recommend you follow tomok's advise and open SR as you might have better luck than I.
