Sorry for the late reply... I've upgraded to 2.0.8 (There is no 2.0.7 in Express)

@tomok: When verifying in Excel, the cells are set to number format with 0 decimals. The display in Excel is good. I replublished to web and still same issue.
@Orland: there is no 2.0.7 version on Express. I will check with IBM if there is a specific Fix Pack for that.
