Re: RunProcess and Process Ends msg
To monitor multiple processes running at the same time and having multiple users running it, I used to create control cubes. It lists the processes needed, parameters, start / end date, process status (queued / running / completed / error), dependency. So, you can monitor what is going on and also t...

Re: Can we add security to an action button?
Hi.
Please let us know what module are you using and tm1 version
Security can be applied on dimensions, cubes, cells, based on user groups. Also security can be changed based on rules.
Is a limit access to a group of users? Everyone? Does it change from time to time?

Hi Jim, many thanks for your answer.
I can access http://{ip_address}:9510/tm1web from external access.
Is it just pmpsvc that is not working from external access.

I believe you need to use port 636 instead 389, because AD port 636 uses SSL.

Re: Performance on Applications/Contributor on PAL 2.0.8
Not sure if this will help, perhaps I had to understand a little better your problem. We use TM1 Applications and it is painfully slow at times. I have trimmed it right down and republished the application with just one existing websheet which has around 350 cells of TM1 Pulled information (mainly d...

Re: RunProcess and Process Ends msg
I used to create control cubes, so I store start date and end dates and completion. You can provide read access to users, so they can monitor it. You can also check for errors by during the process when you run trigger processes this way: return_value = ExecuteProcess('create_sales_cube'); return_va...

Could not log on to any of the available servers with available credentials over internet
Hi friends, :) I have problems accessing pmpsvc over the internet. Within the local network, everything works: tm1web, pmpsvc, architect, modeler, perspectives. http://{ip_address}:9510/tm1web -> works, I can access views, cubes http://{ip_address}:9510/pmpsvc -> Could not log on to any of the avail...

Create Contributor application through TI
Hi all, is there a way to create Contributor applications through TurboIntegrator or prompt command? I did an application who self create cubes, rules, views and subsets. I can do a lot of things through TI such as manage objects and contributor security, assign TI process for Commit and Submit acti...

Re: ViewExtractSkipRuleValuesSet
Hi, let's see if we are in the same page. When you create a Turbointegrator to copy values from one cube to another, TI reads cell by cell from the source view and follow you commands to copy the values to the target cube. This ViewExtractSkipRuleValuesSet function filters the rule cells in the sour...

It works for me but I did put a "Rebuild Sheet" button with a "Refresh" sign. Not very elegant but it works. :? My problem was about active forms being presented on the tm1web. I don't want to have pre selected items on the filters, then I did clean them before publish. When you ...

Hi all, I did solved in a different way, by using -CAMNamespace {authentication domain}.
You also need to be on the app_maintenance.bat folder when you run it.
